Ingredients

  • 2 cupCooked Pasta
  • 1Veggies : Chopped mushroom , green&red capsicum , Broccoli.
  • 1/2 stickbutter
  • 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1 1/2 tbspFlour
  • 1/3 cupCream
  • 4 tbspmozzarella cheese
  • 1Salt according to taste
  • 2 tspBlack pepper amd oregano.

Steps

  1. 1

    On a griddle saute all the veggies.

  2. 2

    Put a pan on medium flame. Add butter, Ginger garlic paste.Cook for 1 min.

  3. 3

    Add Milk and flour in the pan. Cook for 2mins.

  4. 4

    Add all the veggies. Add Pasta and cheese.

  5. 5

    Add salt according to taste. Then sprinkle wid oregano and black pepper.
