Steps

Sieve all.purpose flour in a clean dry basin rub in a hand full of cooking oil.

Mash the butternut and sieve it

In a.separate clean basin put lukewarm water 750 mls and add the salt stir together. Add the pre boiled mashed and sieved butter nut

Take the sieves flour and add in the basin which had lukewarm water mixed with salt and butternut as.You knead thoroughly.

Knead the dough 5 mins and if necessary add flour or water.

Make the dough thick but not hard. Add some oil and knead.to mix it until.soft and not sticky. Cover it and let it rest for an hour

Divide the dough into small portions placing them on a tray or clean flat surface. After all done. Start rolling into.a circular shape

Brush oil and start folding to the size.you want. Press.with a palm and put aside. Do this for all.the portions.

Let them.settle for 30 mins.

With the rolling pin roll them to a circular shape. By use of a rolling pin put on a pan let it cook on.one side flip brush some oil wholesomely and turn let it cook until.golden brown then turn let it cook and remove from the pan.

Cook.all.of them and put on aplate. Roll.them and serve with either stew e.g beans beef or chicken
