1/2 cupwhite vinegar
1 tbspwhite sugar
1 tbsppepper
1 tbspgarlic powder

Except for cucumber, whisk all ingredients in one bowl until smooth.

Mix cucumber and the dressing together.

Cover with salad with plastic cling wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.

Serve cold.
