Wash managu thorough and put into a sufuria

Add small amount of water and salt

Boil to cook..

While vegetable is cooking, peel 2 sizable tomatoes and 1 big medium onion

While managu is ready... Take another sufuria put small amount of cooking fat and add the peeled onion

Stir until its golden brown and then add the peeled tomatoes

Stir for some seconds and and vegetables,, cook for 15 min

After vegetable is ready, put 2 cups of water in another sufuria and boil

When water is readly boiled, add some flour to cook ugali..
