Fit eight or more chicken thighs into your electric skillet.

Turn your skillet to 350-375 degrees

Cook without a lid for 10-15 minutes

Pour off all liquid when the chicken is thawed

Flip the thighs so that the fatty side is down

Put on the lid crooked so there is a gap

Cook for 10-15 minutes or until browned

Completely shut the lid

Turn off the skillet

Wait at least ten minutes to cool
