Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 3/4 cupsugar
  3. 1 1/2 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 stickunsalted butter (melted)
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1eggs
  7. 2 1/2 tbspmilk
  8. 4bananas
  9. 3/4 cupchopped walnuts
  10. 1/2 cupchocolate chips

    NOTE: If you're using salted butter, remove the 1/4 tsp of salt and vice versa (keep salt if using unsalted butter.)

    Preheat oven to 350°

  3. 3

    Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt (if using unsalted butter.)

  4. 4

    Melt a stick of unsalted butter in the microwave. It should only take 15-20 seconds.

  5. 5

    Add milk and bananas in a separate bowl and mash them until it looks like baby food.

  6. 6

    Add mashed bananas and egg to your dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda, salt) and mix it all up!

  7. 7

    Mix in nuts of your choosing (I always use walnuts) and chcocolate chips.

  8. 8

    I always spray muffin pan with cooking spray. You don't need to line the trays with paper or foil cups.

  9. 9

    Scoop your batter (I use an ice cream scooper) into the muffin pan. Cook for 20-25 minutes depending on how cooked you like them inside.

    Remove them immediately from the pan and set them on a cooling rack once done. If making more, let the pan cool before adding more. If you have empty muffin holes, fill them up half way with water before sticking the rest in the oven.
