Ingredients

  1. 1/2 bowlPeanuts -
  2. 2 tbspFresh grated coconut -
  3. 1/2 tspGrated ginger -
  4. 1/4 tspChopped green chilli -
  5. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder -
  6. 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder -
  7. 1/4 tspAmchur powder -
  8. to tasteSalt -
  9. 1 tbspCoriander leaves -
  10. 2 tbspOil -

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Soak peanuts for two hours and pressure cook for two whistles.

    Heat oil in a pan

    Add grated ginger and green chilli saute for one mins.

  4. 4

    Add boiled peanuts and cook for 2 - 3 mins.

  5. 5

    Add salt,amchur powder,red chilli powder,black pepper powder and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add reserved water.

  7. 7

    Add coriander leaves and fresh grated coconut and mix well.

  8. 8

    Serve with tea.
