Steps

Take ghee in a pan met it. Add jeera add ginger green chilli paste.

Add chhoped vegitable and sauté them all. Add washed rice with water.

Add salt red chilli and haldi powder mix well. Add lemon juice also cover it with lid.

After boiling water slow the flame mix it well and again cover with lid.

Check the rice when it becomes soft and absorb all water. Turn gas off
- 6
Serve hot. It’s not for fast. If you want to have it in fast then add only those veggies which can use in fast and use sendha namak also.
