Ingredients

  • 200 gmBesan
  • 1 bowlPalak finely chopped
  • 2onion finely chopped
  • 2potato finely chopped
  • 2 spoonDry coriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 spoonchat masala
  • to tasteRed Chilli powder
  • 1/4 spoonBaking powder
  • Oil as needed for deep frying
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add all above ingredients except oil and make thick pakoda batter.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a deep pan, deep frying all pakodas in medium heat oil.

  3. 3

    Enjoy with hot tea or tomato sauce.
