Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2eggs
  2. 1onion
  3. 2tomato
  4. 2 table spoonkolhapuri chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tea spoonturmeric powder
  6. To tasteSalt
  7. 3 tbspcoriander leaves
  8. 1 TBSoil

Steps

    Boil egg and keep aside

  2. 2

    Ina mixie jar take onion, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste and tomato grind to smooth paste

  3. 3

    In a kadai heat oil, once oil is hot add grinded masala

  4. 4

    Cook for 2-3 mins

  5. 5

    Add turmeric,red chilli powder. Salt and cook for 1-2 mins or till raw smell goes.

  6. 6

    Add eggs and coriander leaves stir and cook for 1 mins.

  7. 7

    Serve.
