Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbansi rava
  2. 1onion
  3. 2-3green chilli
  4. 7-8curry leaves
  5. 1/4 tea spoonmustard seeds
  6. 1/4 tea spooncummin seeds
  7. 1 TBSground nuts
  8. 1 TBSurad dal
  9. 1 TBSchana dal
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Pinchsugar
  12. 1/2lemon juice
  13. 1 TBSoil
  14. 1 tea spoonGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast rava

  2. 2

    Chop onion and green chillies

  3. 3

    In a kadai add oil followed by cummin mustard seeds

  4. 4

    Next add ground nuts stir for seconds

  5. 5

    Add chana dal stir and add urad dal

  6. 6

    Now add chopped onion curry leaves cook for a minute

  7. 7

    Add green chillies

  8. 8

    Add salt sugar lemon juice

  9. 9

    Now add 2 cups water, let it boil

  10. 10

    Once boiling add rava and stir continously

  11. 11

    Sim the gas add ghee and cook on sim gas for 4-5 mins

  12. 12

    Serve hot with cup of tea.
