I used barley which contains much fiber selenium potassium & b2. It's also beneficial for heart diseases & in chelostrol .used many veggies which has much vitamins & minerals.These all things make much healthy version.Taste is so tempting & tangy. Hope you all like it

Take Batley soak it for 20 mini now cook it in cooker for 3 whistle now chopped all vegetables now saute all veggies in 1 TBS oil let it be crunchy now pour barley in it with it's water.add all seasoning.now cook it for 2/3 mini stir it well yummy delicious healthy barley veg soup is ready to serve
