Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg chicken wings
  2. 1/2 cuprefined flour
  3. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspblack pepper
  6. 1/2 tspmustard powder
  7. 1/2 cupchilli garlic sauce
  8. 4 tbspsweet and sour sauce
  9. 4 tbsphoney
  10. 3 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the maida,baking powder,salt,blackpepper,mustard seeds mix it. Coat wings with maida mixture.deep fry keep aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare a sauce: take a boil to add chilli garlic sauce,oil,honey,sweet and sour sauce mix it well.

  3. 3

    Pour the sauce on the top of the wings. Wings are ready to be served.
