Heat oil, add jeera, moti elaichi, star anise, elaichi, laung.

After 2 min. Add onion paste stir continuously till it light brown.

Add ginger,garlic, green chilli paste again stir continuously for 3 - 4 min.

Add tomato puree after 2 min. Add all dry masala (haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala,dhania powder)

After 3 min. Add yogurt stir continuously for. 5 min. Jab oil nikal jaye then add boil milk.

Leave it for 4 min. Then add paneer cubes and salt.

Cover it with lid and leave it for 8 - 10 min.

Ur paneer masala recipe was ready to eat.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it yummy paneer masala
