Ingredients

1 cupCurd
1-1/4 cupMaida
1/4 cupCoco powder -
-3/4 cupGranulated sugar
-3/4 cupRefined oil
1 tspBaking powder -
1/2 tspSoda -
1 tspVanilla essence

Sieve together maida,coco powder and soda

In bowl mix together curd,sugar and oil. Mix till the sugar is dissolved.

Gradually add maida to the curd mixture and beat well till smooth.

Add vanilla essence and mix well.

Pour in a greased and dusted cake tin and bake it in a preheat oven at 150°c for 35 mins or till done.
