Dry roast dalia in a heated pan on low flame till golden brown.

Transfer it to a pressure cooker, add 2 1/2 cup water. Cover with a lid and cook until 1 whistle.

Heat oil in a pan on low medium heat.

Add jeera, green chilli and grated ginger, saute for few seconds.

Add turmeric and red chilli powder.

Now add all the veggies and saute for 1-2 minute.

Don't overcook the veggies.

Add cooked dalia into it, salt and coriander. Mix well and cook for more 1-2 minute.

Dalia pulao is ready. Serve this nutritious pulao with any raita of your choice or just with plain curd.
