Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 250°F (I used a toaster oven)
- 2
Using a rolling pin, crush the cookies until they are fine.
- 3
Combine the butter and cookies together and mix well.
- 4
Take the cookie mixture and press it into the pan. I used two 250m/m×195m/m pans. Bake in the oven for 5~7 minutes. When they are finished set aside to cool. Careful not to burn them.
- 5
In a mixing bowl cream sugar and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy. I did this manually but if you have a mixer go ahead and use it.
- 6
Add eggs to the mixture. Mix well.
- 7
Fold into the mixture 1 cup of stickers.
- 8
Pour mixture into the pan
- 9
Optional: because I was using a toaster, I was a bit scared that it would not cook all the way through so i decide to bake my cheesecakes in a water bath. I got a bigger pan and filled it with hot water and place my pans with the cheesecake inside to bake.
- 10
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour orbuntil your cake is set. You will know this by taking it out and if u shake it a little it would have a little movement.
- 11
Take it out and allow it to cool.
- 12
Next step is to make the caramel sauce. First melt the butter and add the sugar. When the sugar begins to caramalize add heavy cream and stir. It should have a nice golden brown colour.
- 13
In a glass bowl add the remaining snickers and caramel sauce. Combine and pour over the cheesecake.
- 14
Refrigerate for 4~5hours. Take out and then serve.
