Ingredients

100 mlHeavy cream
60 gramsStrawberries
15 gramsSugar

Steps

Add the sugar to the heavy cream, and whip until stiff peaks form.

Blend the strawberries in a food processor.

Mix until the mixture becomes paste-like as shown in the picture.

Gradually add Step 3 to 1, and mix with a whisk.

When everything is well blended, it's done.
