2onion (finally chopped)
5tomato (5 min boil)
3green chilli (finally chopped)
15,16garlic cloves (finally chopped)
to taste salt
To taste red chilli powder
1/2 spoonsugar
2 spoontomato sauce
In pinch food colour (optional)
1/2 spoonoregano
1/4 spoonblack paper
1 spoonoil

Steps

Take a one pan and oil garlic saute in a few second, add onion saute in a few minutes.

After few minutes add boil tomato and all spices cook until 10 minutes.

Take out in a bowl, coll it and mix it in a grander, and ready.
