Sabse pahle maida m salt or 50 ml oil dale or warm water se roti jaisa dough banaye keep aside for 1 hour,ab ek pan m 1tbs oil dale,dal dal kar cook karay,dyan rakhe ki dal over cook na ho jab dal pak jaye usme sabhi masale mix karay,thoda thanda hone par masale ki cho choti ball bana le. Fir maide ki loi le usme stuffing ki boll bher kar kachori ki Shep de,or deep fry karay,slow flame par,aapki yummy khasta ready, happy cooking
