Mix all remaining ingredients by hand.

Spread 4oz of filling on tortilla shell, leaving 1/2"around the edge. Roll tortilla as tight as possible.

Bake 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Then cut into 8. Serve with guacamole and enjoy.
