Chopped and Boil vegetables like carrot, broccoli, sweet corn and green peas for 5 min

Then chopped vegetables like tomato, capsicum, onion, cabbage, green chilli

Use Boiled 2 cup basmati rice

Heat the oil in a pan or kadai add chopped onion and green chillies stir fry for one min

Add tomato and carrot stir fry for one min

Then add all chopped vegetables step 2 mix it stir fry for 2 min

Then add soya sauce, shezwan chutney and red chilli sauce then mix it

Then add boiled rice,pinch of ajinomoto and salt mix all together

Serve hot
