Ingredients

  • 1 bunchcavanana banana (peeled)
  • salt
  • grey mackerel fish
  • seasoning
  • oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the fish and add little salt and seasoning, then fry it with the vegetable oil

  2. 2

    Peel the skin of the banana and rub very small salt on it then roast it in the oven until it is brown to your desire

  3. 3

    Serve it hot
