Atte,suji m salt or ghee mix kar ke soft dough ready karein.

Ek bowl m aalu, paneer, onion,green chilli,ginger, coriander leaves or sabhi masale mix karein. Add bread crumbs and Mix well.

Twa garam karein or loe belkr 1 tsp filling bhre or parantha bele.Twe p dal kar oil lagayeinor dono side se seke

Garma garam parantha butter,curd, chutney ke sath serve karein.sath m ek apple bhi serve karein.

Breakfast m ek fruit ya ek glass juice lena chahiye.

Note...... Paranthe ki filling m bread crumbs mix krne se parantha smooth bnta hai.Kinaro p se crack nahi hota.
