350 gramspenne pasta
115 gramssmoked salmon
150 mlthick single cream
1 smallfresh thyme
25 gramsbutter

Cook pasta

Cut salmon into strips and strip thyme leaves from sprigs

melt butter in a pan and stir in half salmon and thyme and season. Heat for 4 mins stirring. do not let boil.

drain pasta, toss in salmon and cream and top with rest of salmon and thyme
