I tried and failed to make cheese buns, but by taking that batter, stretching it out thinly and cooking it, it was unexpectedly delicious.

As long as you pay attention to the cooking heat and adjust accordingly, anyone can make these easily.

  1. 100 gramsShiratamako
  2. 150 mlMilk
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1Margarine (butter also OK)
  5. 1Pancake syrup
  6. 1Powdered sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the milk to the shiratamako a little at a time and expand. Next, add the egg and mix well.

    Apply a thin coating of oil to a frying pan and pour in the batter in a thin rounded shape. Cook both sides.

    Transfer your cooked crepes to a plate and top with margarine and syrup. Create layers of crepe -> margarine -> syrup and repeat.

    Dust with sifted powdered sugar and it's complete!
