Steps

Wash sama and soak it for few min.

Now cut the potato into small cubes or pieces.

Put it in the soaked sama.

Now take the pressure cooker.

Put ghee into it.

When heated add jeera.

Then put sama and potato in it.

Double the water and put into the cooker.

Add salt, red chilli powder.

Cover the lid.

Pressure cook it.

After 2 whistles off the flame..

Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves or kasuri methi.

Serve it with nimbu ki adrak and hari mirch and chutney.

As chawal taste better with curd..i usually eat with curd.
