Ingredients

  1. 1 pieceof Salmon Steak per person (about 500g)
  2. 50 mlolive oil (does about 3 steaks)
  3. Club House salmon seasoning
  4. 1Lime
  5. bunchof Green beans (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    in a small bowl, mix olive oil and seasoning

  2. 2

    With a small cheese grater, add lime zest to taste

  3. 3

    Cut lime in half and squeeze lime juice to taste, blend well

  4. 4

    put salmon steaks on a large plate, and add olive oil marinade all over with a small brush

  5. 5

    put steaks in the fridge and let the marinade soak in for at least 30 minutes

  6. 6

    add some olive oil to a cooking pan, and start cooking the salmon steaks, skin side in the Pan

  7. 7

    cook until steaks are whiter on the outside, and feel ferm when pressed on with a fork (undercooked salmon is not dangerous to eat, and some might even prefer it that way)

  8. 8

    (Optional) Serve with fresh green beans, or cooked in butter!
