Soak rice for 15minutes after wash properly.

Take cooking pan heat with oil and fry cumin seed followed by cloves,cardomom onion ginger and garlic.add salt and biryani masala accord to taste.

Add tomatoes and all veggies chopped finely. Then cover for five minutes at low flame

In anothe pan boil rice till almost to cook then rinse the water.. And then this rinsed half cooked rice mix with all formarly cooked veggies.

And take beetroot chopped very fine... Mix in the pan and leave for 10 mints to with lid covered.

Hot... Yummy veg rice with beetroot healty pulao is ready for served.
