Ingredients

30 mins
20 servings
  • 1 tspoil
  • 375 gramspork mince
  • 1 1/4 quartcabbage shredded
  • 100 gramscorn
  • 2 smallcarrots shredded
  • 4 eachgreen onions thin sliced
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 275 gramsspring roll wrappers
  • 1sweet chilli sauce

    Preheat oven to 200degrees

  2. 2

    Grease a baking tray

  3. 3

    Heat oil in frying pan med/high heat

  4. 4

    Cook pork for 4 min until brown

  5. 5

    Add veggies and soy sauce and cook 2 min

  6. 6

    Remove from heat

  7. 7

    Lay 1 wrapper with a point facing towards you and place 2 Ts of mixture onto pastry in log shape

  8. 8

    Fold pastry over filling once

  9. 9

    Fold in side corners brush far corners with water

  10. 10

    Roll up tightly to 'paste' shut

  11. 11

    Repeat

  12. 12

    Place spring rolls onto prepared tray, brush with oil and bake 20 min
