Ingredients

  1. 1oil for frying
  2. 1 packagessoftened cream cheese
  3. 1/2 cupfinely minced jalapeños
  4. 1/4 cuproughly chopped green onion
  5. 1 tspsalt, onion powder, garlic powder to taste
  6. 1/4 cupwater
  7. 1 packageswon ton wraps

Steps

    »ok...I don't tend to measure, I just trust my eye, so these are just rough estimates. ;) «

    »heat oil

  3. 3

    »mix cream cheese and season with the spice blend to your liking.

  4. 4

    »stir in jalapeños and green onion.

  5. 5

    »spoon 1/2 tsp or so of cream cheese mixture onto the center of the won ton wraps.

  6. 6

    »using your finger, moisten two sides of the wrap. fold in half and seal, making sure to squeeze out any air.

  7. 7

    »you can leave the won ton flat as is or fold the corners in, seal with a little water

  8. 8

    »fry a few at a time until golden brown, turning as necessary.

  9. 9

    »drain on rack or paper towel

  10. 10

    »serve hot

  11. 11

    »extra mix can be kept in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
