»ok...I don't tend to measure, I just trust my eye, so these are just rough estimates. ;) «

»heat oil

»mix cream cheese and season with the spice blend to your liking.

»stir in jalapeños and green onion.

»spoon 1/2 tsp or so of cream cheese mixture onto the center of the won ton wraps.

»using your finger, moisten two sides of the wrap. fold in half and seal, making sure to squeeze out any air.

»you can leave the won ton flat as is or fold the corners in, seal with a little water

»fry a few at a time until golden brown, turning as necessary.

»drain on rack or paper towel

»serve hot

»extra mix can be kept in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
