Use a strainer to rinse && drain noodles. Thoroughly pat dry. Roughly cut noodles.

Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to a medium heat. Add shrimp, top with lime juice, && stir. Sprinkle with chili powder. Cook && stir for about four minutes, until cooked through.

Transfer to a medium bowl && cover to keep warm.

While still on medium heat; add noodles, sour cream, garlic, && cheese wedge into skillet.

Cook && stir until cheese has melted/2-3 minutes. transfer to a plate or bowl && top with Shrimp, salsa, && Cilantro.
