8hot or italian sausage quartered crosswise
1red pepper quartered lengthwise and halved crosswise
1yellow pepper quartered lengthwise and halved crosswise
1sweet onion quartered lengthwise and halved crosswise
1 largehead garlic separated into cloves and peeled
1/4 cupolive oil
1salt and pepper

thread the sausage, bell peppers ,onions and 3/4 of the cloves of garlic onto 8 skewers

brush the kebobs with 3 tbsps. olive oil and season with salt and pepper

preheat grill to Med. high grill the kebobs turning occasionally 12 to 15 min.
