  • Chocolate and Coconut Ice-Cream
  • 180 gramsof chocolate chips
  • 180 mlof Evaporated Milk
  • 1Dessicated Coconut

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Melt chocolate in the top a double boiler

  2. 2

    Mix in milk constantly until the mixture starts to get thick

  3. 3

    Pour mixture into a bowl and put in freezer

  4. 4

    Mix in the desired amount of dedicated coconut

  5. 5

    Once an hour mix the mixture with a spoon for 2 mins. Repeat this process until mixture gets to hard too mix

  6. 6

    Store in freezer
