1 can16 oz kidney beans
1 eachsmall onion
1 can8 oz tomato sauce
2 can14.5 oz diced tomatoes with chili's
1 cancorn
1 packagestaco seasoning
2 lbchicken breast
1 eachbell pepper
2 eachjalapeno

add everything to croc pot. lay chicken breasts on top. cook on low for 8 to 9 hours. remove chicken and shred. add shredded chicken back to pot. cook on high for 10 more minutes

add shredded cheese if desired
