  • 5 cupBroccoli florets cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cupFinely chopped red onion
  • 1 cupShredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lbCooked crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cupSunflower seeds
  • 1 cupDried cranberries
  • 1 cupMayonnaise
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 2 tbspRed wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspPepper

    Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Combine dressing ingredients in mixing bowl mix. Add dressing to salad and mix well. Refrigerate 1 hr.
