When my mother was growing up, her mom, my grandmother made stuffed celery. So as long as i can remember we have always had stuffed celery at the Thanksgiving table. Tradition that goes back at least 50 yrs. I hope you can enjoy this recipe as much as my family has.

1 bunchcelery
1 boxcream cheese (at room temperature)
1small jar green olives

Wash and pat dry celery. Make sure you wash all dirt off.

Cut the bottoms an tops off celery. Drain juice off green olives and chop up. In a bowl mix room temperature cream cheese and green olive. Mix well

Using a spoon stuff celery with cream cheese mixture. When through placr on plate and put in refrigerator until time to eat. Can be served when done also.
