1/3banana
3egg whites
1/4scoop whey powder

Steps

1

Place 1/3 of a banana in a blender or food processor. The banana should be slightly mushy.

Pour in 3 egg whites.

Add 1/4 scoop of vanilla whey powder
4

Blend until nearly smooth.
5

Pour batter onto your pre-heated and greased skillet or pan.
