Ingredients

  1. 1approx. 70 grams Atsuage
  2. 2 tsp☆Ground sesame seeds
  3. 1 tsp☆Sugar
  4. 1 tsp☆Soy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven. Cut the atsuage into whatever size you prefer.

  2. 2

    Line up the slices of atsuage on aluminium foil, and bake for 3 minutes. Mix the ingredients marked ☆ in a bowl or on a plate while it's baking.

    When the atsuage has baked, toss with the ☆ seasonings while still hot.
