Steps

Take both flours in a mixing bowl.

Add finely chopped ginger,garlic,green chilli and onions.

Add finely chopped carrots and capsicum.

Add curd and all dry spices and salt.

Mix everything properly and make a smooth batter.

Take a nonstick pan or mini uttapam pan and put a big spoon of batter.spread into a circle and apply little oil on edges.

When bottom becomes brown and cooked turn the pancakes and cook other side also.Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
