Ingredients

  • 250 gmPaneer
  • 3-4 spoonRefined
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteChilli powder
  • 1/4 tablespoonHaldi
  • 1 spoonKitchen king
  • 1/2 spoonkasuri methi
  • 1/2 cupmalai
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 3-4onion
  • 3-4tomato
  • 1/2 tspSmall piece ginger
  • 1 pinchjeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onion,tomato ginger and make batter with them.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add refined and then add a pinch of jeera then add batter into the pan and fry them.

  3. 3

    Add salt,chilli powder, turmeric,kasuri methi and kitchen kin then stir them well.

  4. 4

    Add malai and some milk and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Add pieces of paneer in it and cook it well.
