Bajra 1/2hr ke liye wash kar ke soak kar ke rakh liya.

Pressure cooker garam kar ke usmn ghee add kiya and then water strained bajra.stir it well.

Aftrs 5 mins add 1 cup water and pressure cook for 4 whistles on low flame.

Now add jaggery that crushed or grated.ince jaggery melts add milk and cook on low flane for 15 mins in between do stir it else gud ki wajah se neeche lag sakta hai.

Ab gas se cooker hatakr tadka pan mn ghee garam kar ke usmn elaichi powder add kariye and give tadka in bajra paysam cover it immediately.

Garnish the paysam with nariyal and dry fruits. Healthy bajra paysam is ready to relish ur taste buds.
