Steps

Peel and grate bottle gourd

Chop methi leaves

In a bowl take jowar flour, besan, methi leaves, bottle gourd, curd, salt, green chilli ginger paste, sesame,hot oil and make a dough, if required add water, give 10 mins rest

Take small ball and gently press

Give vada shape from hands.

Deep fry in oil. Fry till crisp

Yummy and crispy vadas are ready to serve.

Serve with pickle.

I have served with garlic pickle.
