  • 1 lbcubed sirloin steak
  • 1Green Bell pepper
  • 1Yellow Bell pepper
  • 8Mexican Green Onion
  • 1 packagesMushroom (white)
  • 1Lemon pepper
  • 1worcestorshire sauce
  • 1soy sauce
  • 1olive oil (virgin)
  • 1Garlic salt
  • 1 eachsquash

Steps

  1. 1

    Season steak cubes and veggies with garlic salt,worcestorshire, soy sauce and olive oil

  2. 2

    Let it all marinade over night or at least 30 min

  3. 3

    Then turn grill on a low flame brush grill with a little olive oil or use grill spray so they wont stick

  4. 4

    place shish kabobs on grill and cook takes about 20 min depending on your grill might take longer also depends how you like your steak
