Heat oil and cook chicken and 1/2 tsp garlic until lightly browned.

Add hoisin, soy sauce and hot chili sauce. Stir for 1 minute and remove from heat.

Add all of the sauce ingredients to a small bowl. Soy sauce, water, lemon juice, garlic and ginger. Make ahead to let the flavors meld.

Serve with your choice of chopped veggies, rice, peanuts, etc.
