Bake bananas in their skins for 10 mimutes, or until the skin is black.

Warm syrup in a small saucepan over a medium heat for 2 - 3 Mins.

Stir cocoq powder until smooth and chocolate-like. Keep warm.

When the bananas are cooked, discard skins and put the flesh on plates.

Pour the chocolate sauce over and serve.
