Ingredients

16 ozcream cheese softened
3/4 cuphalf and half
1 tbsponion finely chopped
1 clovegarlic minced
1/2 cupparmesan cheese grated
10 ozbag frozen cut spinach thawed and well drained
13 ozcan quartered artichoke hearts rinsed drained and chopped
2/3 cupMonterey jack cheese shredded

Combine the cream cheese and half and half in a bowl until well blended. Add the remaining ingrediants and stir well. Pour the mixture into the Crock-pot. Cover on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until warm
