Ingredients

  1. 1 cupButter
  2. 1 1/2 cupSugar
  3. 3 cupFlour
  4. 2 cupPecans
  5. 2 cupRasins
  6. 3Eggs-beaten
  7. 1 tspBaking soda dissolved in
  8. 1 1/2 tspBoiling water
  9. 1 tspCinnamon
  10. 1 tspCoco

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream sugar and butter

  2. 2

    Add cinnamon

  3. 3

    Add coco

  4. 4

    Add eggs (one at a time)

  5. 5

    Mix each addition well before adding next ingredient.

  6. 6

    Add soda and water mixture.

  7. 7

    Add flour

  8. 8

    Lastly add nuts and raisins.

  9. 9

    Bake in 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
