Ingredients

  • 1 cupButter
  • 1 1/2 cupSugar
  • 3 cupFlour
  • 2 cupPecans
  • 2 cupRasins
  • 3Eggs-beaten
  • 1 tspBaking soda dissolved in
  • 1 1/2 tspBoiling water
  • 1 tspCinnamon
  • 1 tspCoco

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream sugar and butter

  2. 2

    Add cinnamon

  3. 3

    Add coco

  4. 4

    Add eggs (one at a time)

  5. 5

    Mix each addition well before adding next ingredient.

  6. 6

    Add soda and water mixture.

  7. 7

    Add flour

  8. 8

    Lastly add nuts and raisins.

  9. 9

    Bake in 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
