Clean and cut the cauliflower into medium sized pieces.

Peel and quarter the onions.

Sauté the cauliflower pieces in a pot.
- 4
Add the onions and the garlic.
- 5
Continue by adding the rest of the ingredients except the vinegar.

Let it boil for about 30 minutes.
- 7
Add hot water if necessary.
- 8
Remove from heat and add the vinegar.
