4 halfripe plantain
Salt
2big red pepper
3cooking spoon red oil

Cut and boil the plantain,boil for 12minutes add salt to taste.

Wash and cut the fresh pepper.add it to the palmoil with salt to taste.enjoy ot with the plantain.
